Founded by Bob Hoffsis, who has over 30 years of living with Celiac Disease, we celebrate inclusivity with a menu that features 100% gluten-free dishes alongside plant-based and vegan options.

Step 1: Make the public aware of TGF - Totally Gluten Free and gauge the interest level of the public for this much-needed concept.
Step 2: Start a Kickstarter campaign to obtain the funding needed to bring this much-needed concept to fruition and open up our first brick-and-mortar location, proving the concept, and then begin to franchise the concept nationwide.
Step 3: Open our first brick-and-mortar location and provide delicious, high-quality 100% gluten free, plant-based, and vegan food in a facility completely dedicated gluten free.
Step 4: Begin franchising TGF to make it available to all, and provide entrepreneurs the unique opportunity to become involved in this revolutionary concept aimed at making dining out safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Step 5: Begin offering food trucks to the TGF family of locations, both corporate-owned as well as franchises, bringing our unique, in-demand concept to the public (parties, corporate locations, around town, etc).
